About the Listing Agents

Atom Stevens

ASSOCIATE BROKER

As a real estate agent, photographer, local architecture aficionado, and self-professed mid century modern obsessive, I have been studying mid-century modern homes for more than a decade and keeping track of each one of them, too. Since 2016 I have been building a mid-mod map of Denver, indexing homes designed by prominent area architects like Cliff May, William C. Muchow, and Victor Hornbein, built as early as 1930 and into the 1970s.

I studied interior architecture in college and I was working as a corporate interior designer when in 2010 I started re-discovering these passions. Since that discovery, I have been researching the story of these unique homes, and telling that story to anyone who will listen through walking tours, talks, magazine articles, as a charter member and on the board of Docomomo US/Colorado, and more. Now as an associate broker at Realty ONE Group Premier I am honored to sell these homes as a Mid-century Modern Real Estate Expert.

Kimber Dempsey

I am Kimber Dempsey the Retro Realtor at Realty ONE Group Premier.  I live in and own two mid-century modern homes, and once you own one there’s no going back to typical architecture. These homes live and function differently. The light follows you around the house throughout the day, and the thoughtful design truly makes day-to-day life easier and more enjoyable. I love all vintage things, from clothing to furniture to cars. I feel that everyone deserves a well-built home with character and a story.

My passion translates into my business and makes every day I get to sell great homes a great day. I serve on the board of Historic Littleton, and am a founding Board Member of Docomomo Colorado Chapter.

Reach out to me if you're looking to find or sell a special home.
