The “Butler House” offers timeless architectural elegance nestled high on Green Mountain. David Butler, of the iconic real estate firm Perry & Butler built this home for his family, sparing no expense. Originally for his father, Lansford Butler, David included an early “Work from Home” aesthetic with an intercom system linked to an upper level bedroom with built-in cabinetry to support Lansford’s law practice. After spending several years living in the home his father decided it was time to move on, and so David and his family moved in. Luxury was paramount in David’s vision for this home, from the expansive floor plan, the exceptional build quality and natural materials, to the placement on top of a hill for unbelievable views of the city.
This is Mid-Mod Luxury at its finest.
